In private classes, we focus on what matters most to you! We’ll discuss your needs, and I’ll create the perfect plan for you.
The classes are similar to group sessions – I guide you through a Vinyasa flow. However, the content of the class, difficulty, modifications, and focus are tailored to your preferences and what you enjoy.
Plus, you have the flexibility to choose the time and length of the class that works best for you.
Great option is to bring a friend/s or colleague/s and share the cost of the lesson.

Among my favorites classes are Dynamic Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, which allow you to explore your limits while respecting your current state of being.
The morning sessions are of a calmer manner, focusing on gentle awakening the body and soul.
